I’m Victoria Hulewicz, a BACP-registered counsellor working with adults in Upper Rissington and Bloxham. I offer warm, down-to-earth therapy for anxiety, stress and burnout, neurodivergence including autism and ADHD, relationship difficulties, and difficult or narcissistic family relationships.
About Victoria
I’m a warm, down-to-earth, and non-judgmental counsellor. I’m here to listen, help you make sense of things, and give you a space where you can just talk. Sometimes you need somewhere to download all that’s going on in your head, without worrying about what someone else might think.
I work in a very person-centred way, so our sessions are about you, what’s going on for you, and what you need. I think having a good relationship with your counsellor is really important.
You need to feel comfortable enough to be honest, even when things feel messy or difficult.
I have experience supporting people with family and relationship problems, including difficult or narcissistic parents, addiction, bereavement, and big changes in life. I also have a background working in the NHS in maternity, so I understand that sometimes life can take you places you never expected to be.
Together we can start to unpack things, talk about what’s happening, and maybe look at some of the patterns that keep showing up in your life or relationships. Sometimes understanding why we are the way we are can make a big difference.
You don’t need to come to counselling knowing exactly what you want to talk about. You don’t need to have it all figured out. We can start wherever you are and work it out together, at your pace.
