Counselling gives you a confidential and supportive space to talk openly about what is happening in your life. Your therapist will listen without judgement and help you explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace. Together, you can begin to understand patterns, develop new perspectives and find ways forward that feel right for you.

We want you to feel comfortable and supported throughout your experience with us. If something does not feel right, we encourage you to speak with your therapist or contact us directly. We will listen to your concerns and work with you to find the best way forward.

An assessment is an initial conversation where we can learn a little more about you, what has brought you to counselling and what you would like support with. It also gives you the opportunity to ask questions and helps us make sure we match you with the right therapist.

We aim to offer appointments as quickly as possible. Our aim is to have you placed with a therapist within 7 days of your assessment.

You are welcome to contact us to enquire on someone else's behalf. However we would normally need to speak with them directly before arranging counselling, as therapy works best when the individual has chosen to take part themselves.
